Digestive Tea

4 Tbsp of coriander seeds

4 Tbsp of fennel seeds

2 Tbsp of cumin seeds

1 Tbsp of cardamom pods

Combine all ingredients. To brew tea use 1 Tbsp of the mixture in a tea strainer or thermos, add hot water and let steep for 20 minutes. Sip warm tea throughout the day to keep agni, your digestive fire, healthy.
