Abhyanga is an individually prepared herbal oil massage designed to deeply penetrate the skin, relax the mind-body, break up impurities and stimulate both arterial and lymphatic circulation. It enhances the ability of nutrients to reach starved cells and allows for the removal of stagnant waste. The desired result is a heightened state of awareness that will direct the internal healing system of the body.

Shirodhara is administered by gently and methodically pouring warm herbal oil over the forehead, synchronizing brain waves and profoundly coordinating and calming the mind, body, and spirit. It is also effective combating tension headaches, insomnia, stress, and anxiety. Shirodhara follows the therapy of Abhyanga.

Shashtika Pinda Swedam is a deep cleansing treatment where rice boiled in milk and herbs is massaged deeply into the tissues and joints. The treatment is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating as well as powerfully detoxifying. Reliefs pain and stiffness from sports injuries, swelling, and degeneration.

Patra Pinda Swedam is used to provide relief from inflammation, joint pain, swelling, and stiffness associated with bone, joint and/or muscle pains. Patra Pinda Sveda is a rejuvenating therapy. It helps the body sweat thus releasing toxins.

Valuka Swedam is the treatment where sand boluses are used to induce sweating. It is mainly used for rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, and stiffness. Opens channels and allows improved blood circulation.

Udwarthanam is a forceful upward body massage using powdered herbs. It eliminates tissue deposits, strengthens muscles and beautifies the skin.

Kati vasti (back), Greeva vasti (neck), Janu vasti (knee), Nabhi vasti (digestion improvement and emotional release). In this therapy, medicated oil is applied to the area, followed by filling a dam with oil or ghee made from dough and placed over the painful area.

Facials

Ayurveda Deep Cleansing Facial is a facial therapy for oily skin and acne prone skin, which cleanse, hydrates detoxes and nourishes the skin. It involves cleansing, toning, exfoliation, nourishing mask, moisturizing and conditioning of the skin. The combined action makes the skin look fresh and clear.

Rejuvenating Facial is a facial therapy which includes fresh fruit, rice potlis in milk, honey and yogurt, an exfoliation with different herbs and a rejuvenating clay mask. I also use special oils for cleansing and a relaxing facial massage.
